East Lothian Food and Drink BID
As part of the East Lothian Food and Drink BID initiative, we were offered the opportunity of working with second year students from Queen Margaret University (QMU). Initially it was to produce a podcast about our fish business, but the students decided to do a video as well.
The students came to interview Pamela and visit our shop/fish premises to find out all about the fish processing business.
Pamela was then invited to QMU to watch their presentation of the podcast and video, and give feedback on the results – which she was very impressed with. Many thanks to the students for all their help and hard work.
