Seafood Scotland Pamela Zenati, one of the partners of our business, was last week at Preston Lodge High School for the seafood in schools workshops run by Seafood Scotland. Pamela is wearing the french Label Rouge apron which was once worn by a member of the Roux family. The workshops were held to educate all the kids at the school about fish and the benefits to including omega 3 in your diet.
